GOOGLE MAPS
On our homepage, we use “Google Maps”, a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”, in order to provide you with information about the geographical location of our agency.
Google sets a cookie in order to process the user configuration and data when the page with the integrated “Google Maps” service is displayed. As a general rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but rather expires after a certain time, as long as it is not previously manually deleted by you.
If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you may choose to deactivate the “Google Maps” service and thereby prevent the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use “Google Maps” as well as several features of our website or at least only to a limited extent.

DURATION OF DATA RETENTION
The data stored in the server log files are stored by our web hosting provider for a maximum of 7 days before they are anonymised. Data whose further retention is necessary for evidentiary purposes are exempt from anonymisation until the incident has been finally clarified. We as website operator only have access to anonymised user data. Server logs are stored for a period of five years and then deleted.
Data that are gathered, anonymised and stored with Matomo are kept for an indefinite period of time.
YOUR RIGHT TO INFORMATION, CORRECTION, CANCELLATION, DELETION
You have the right to receive information about the personal data stored with us. You also have the right to correction, deletion, limiting of processing as well as data prtability.
According to article 77 GDPR you have the right to complain to the responsible regulatory authority should you consider the processing of your personal data to be illegal.
